Payment Options

We accept payment for our good through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer
• PayNow
• MayBank

We accept bank transfers via POSB Savings Account / PayNow for Singaporean customers and MayBank for Malaysian customers. If you choose to pay through this option, please look out for your Order Confirmation email where the bank account details are provided. We do not provide our bank account details on our website to maintain an acceptable level of security. Look out for an email from nursyaf.hijab@gmail.com.

Return Policy

• All sales item are on non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis with the exception of defects detected on the particular items. Item worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Item worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Customers are to mail out the item within 7 working days from the date received to us. We will provide the mailing address.
• Delivery costs are to be borne by customers. Customers are strongly advised to mail out the item via SmartPac and state their returned address on the mailing envelope for tracing purposes.
• Customers may request for exchange of color/size subject to availability or refund.
• Customers are to immediately check for any defects upon receiving the item. Dissatisfaction with fabric or a slight variation in colours due to monitor display does not constitute defects.

Delivery / Shipping Options

We will send out your items within 1 – 2 working days upon receiving your order. Our customer Service coordinator will attend to to you for all you queries you may encounter, business hours: Weekdays 10am to 5pm Closed on weekends and public holidays.

We offer several shipping/delivery options for you to choose from.

Courier Service

• Evening delivery between 8pm-10pm*
• All orders have to completed including payment confirmation before 4.00pm.
• Please take note that your contact number is required and if not furnished, it may take the next business day for items to be delivered.
• For failed delivery attempts, for reasons that contact number was not furnished, you will be required to make another payment for courier shipping.
• All orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Monday or working day of the following week.
• All orders made on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

SmartPac

• Singapore: This option will give you a tracking number that you can use to trace your package via www.singpost.com. If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, SingPost will place the item in your letterbox.
• If you anticipate that there might not be anyone at home to receive the package, please clear some space in your letterbox for the postman to leave your parcel there.
• If there is insufficient space in your letterbox, the postman may issue a delivery advice for you to collect your parcel at your nearest Post Office
• In event that the tracking status on www.singpost.com is “Delivered”, item has been assumed to be in the letterbox or delivered to door step. The customer will be responsible for lost item and will have to liaise with Singapore Post for recovery of item.
• Fees imposed by Singapore post of S$2.00SGD for proof of delivery will be imposed by customer.
• Delivery time: 2 – 3 working days

Worldwide

– Please note that we will only be able to raise enquiry with the post office for late or missing parcels 18 days from the day items were posted out.

– Malaysia: Customers in Malaysia can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via Pos Malaysia website https://www.pos.com.my, select Other Country, enter the tracking number and click Track.

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

– Brunei: Customers in Brunei can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via Brunei Postal Services Department website http://www.post.gov.bn/Theme/Home.aspx, click on Track EMS Item, enter the tracking number and click Submit.

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

– Worldwide: Customers can use the tracking number we provide. Although not all countries accept SingPost Registered tracking number within their respective countries’ postal service systems, it would give you a basis from which you can raise an enquiry with them if your products do not arrive.

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.
